All manuscripts are subjected to RAPID peer review process and those of high quality (which are not previously published and are not under
consideration for publication by another journal) would be published without any delay in subsequent issue. Online submission of the manuscript
is strongly recommended. Submit your manuscript to ijsiteditor@gmail.com .
Cover Letter and Authorization Form:
During the submission process of manuscript, a covering letter and authorization form should be included with the following documents.
All authors full address and telephone/fax number. |
The type of article (Research or Review) along with the title and the type of branch under which the article to be published should be mentioned.
|
The corresponding author should mention the undertaking that if any animal studies carried was in accordance with their country or institutional
ethical committee and also state that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture
or academic thesis). |
Submit the cover letter and authorization form and send along with your manuscript. Without these forms (Cover letter and authorization form)
your article will not be considered for review process. |
Research article
Prepare the complete manuscript in Times New Roman font with 12 font size and for title shall 14 with bold face capitals. All section titles in the
manuscript shall be in font size 12, bold face capitals. Subtitles in each section shall be in font size 12, bold face lower case. Standard International
Units could be used throughout the text. Manuscript should be starting with the title page and the text should be arranged in the following order:
Title page |
AbstractM |
Key Words |
Introduction |
Materials and Methods |
Results and Discussion |
Conclusion |
Acknowledgements |
References (must be in numerical in text as well as references). |
Title and authors information:
The title must be as brief as possible, comprehensive and descriptive. Each author must provide their full name including their full name
(forenames and surname) followed by their address in normal face lower case. The Corresponding Author must be marked with an asterisk, and
should be listed first. In addition the corresponding author must include telephone, fax and E-mail address.
Abstract:
Reviews, Mini Reviews, Original Research Articles and Rapid Communications should require an abstract. Should start on a new page after the
title page and should present the reason of the study, the main findings and principal conclusions, not more than 250 words. All abstracts must be
written in one paragraph, with no subheadings, equations, tables, reference citations or graphics.
Keywords:
Four to ten appropriate key words are to be provided by the authors.
Introduction:
Should start from second page and clearly indicate background of the work, previous literature and the aim of the study.
Materials and Methods:
Materials and methods should include concise details on the methodology adopted, sufficient to repeat the experiment. Procedural detail that has
been published previously should be referred to by citation. When a modified procedure is used, only the author’s modifications of the previously
published method need to be given in detail. The statistical method and the level of significance chosen shall be clearly stated. In animal
experimentation, ethical guidelines shall be acknowledged.
Results and Discussion:
It should contain a critical review of the results of the study with the support of relevant literature. All findings presented in tabular or
graphical form shall be described in this section. The data should be statistically analyzed and the level of significance be stated. Data that
is not statistically significant need only to be mentioned in the text, no illustration is necessary. All Tables and figures must have a title or
caption and a legend to make them self-explanatory. The discussion should involve the significant findings presented. Wide digressions are unacceptable
because of the limitations of space. Results and discussion of results can also be combined under one section or individual.
Conclusion:
In a separate section, the major findings of the study and their usefulness shall be summarized.
Acknowledgements:
All acknowledgments should be typed in one paragraph directly preceding the reference section.

References:
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their references as these will not be checked by the editorial office. References
should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text (not in alphabetic order). Identify references in text,
tables, and legends by Arabic numerals in superscript in square brackets. Use complete name of the journal for non-indexed journals.
The commonly cited types of references are shown here.
Articles in Journals:
Format: Author(s)(surname initials), Title of article, Name of journal, Year; Vol (issue):page no.
Books and Other Monographs:
Format: Author(s) of chapter (surname initials), Title of chapter, In: Editor(s) name, editors, Title of book, Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication,
page numbers.
Government publication/Corporate author:
Indian Pharmacopoeia, Vol. 2, Govt. of India, Controller of Publications, New Delhi, 1996, A-100.
Website:
Author/editor (surname initials), Title [online], Year [cited year month day], Available from: URL: World Wide Web page.
Illustrations:
The number of illustrations should be limited to the essential. Graphs and bar graphs should preferably be prepared using Microsoft Excel
and submitted as Excel graph pasted in Word. |
Drawings of chemical structures should as far as possible be produced with the use of a drawing program such as Chem-Draw. |
Figure and Table titles and legends should be typed on a separate page with numerals corresponding to the Figure and Table. All illustrations
should be referred to as figures and numbered in Arabic numerals (Fig. 1, 2, etc.) |
The use of the International System of Units (SI) is recommended. For meter (m), gram (g), kilogram (kg), second (s), minute (m), hour (h),
mole (mol), liter (l), milliliter (ml), microliter (μl). |
Formulas and Equations:
Structural chemical formulas, process flow diagrams and complicated mathematical expressions should be very clearly presented. All subscripts,
superscripts, Greek letters and unusual characters must be identified. Structural chemical formulas and process flow diagrams should be prepared
in the same way as graphs.
Correcting Proofs And Reprints:
Article proofs will be sent to the corresponding author. IJSIT will send PDF/Microsoft Word proofs by e-mail for correction. IJSIT will do everything
possible to get the article corrected and published as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all corrections are
sent back in ONE communication. Subsequent corrections will not be possible. Only typesetting errors may be corrected; no changes in, or additions to,
